Inspection match board · free to post
Shops that need inspection, meet shops that have the capacity.
Got parts that need CMM layout, first article measurement or FAI paperwork, and no time or equipment to do it? Post the job. Run a CMM or an inspection lab with open hours? Sign up as a provider. We compare each job against the providers on the board by capability, location and accreditation needs, then review the fit by hand before anyone is introduced.
Need inspection
Post a job
- Tell us the work: part count, material, the type of inspection, and the date you need it by.
- Say if accreditation is required: if your customer flows down ISO/IEC 17025 or AS9100, we only suggest providers who list it, and you check their certificates.
- No prints needed yet: drawings are shared only after both sides agree to talk.
Have capacity
Join as a provider
- List what you do: CMM layout, first article measurement, FAI paperwork, or other inspection work.
- Say where you work: your state, states you serve, and whether you take shipped-in parts.
- List your accreditations honestly: they show as self-reported, and buyers will ask for certificates.
How a match happens
- 01Post or sign up. Your form goes into the board. Nothing is published, and your details are not shown to other shops.
- 02Matching. Each job is compared with each provider: capability first, then location, then accreditation needs and turnaround.
- 03Review. Suggested matches are checked by a person. Weak fits are dropped.
- 04Introduction. If a fit looks right, both sides are asked first, any referral-fee terms are shared up front, and only then are contact details exchanged.
How this works: provider accreditations listed on this board are self-reported by the provider and are not verified by AI Inspection Tools. Buyers should ask for and check current certificates and scope before sending parts. AI Inspection Tools does not claim AS9100, ITAR, ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17025 status for itself. A referral fee may apply to some introductions; any terms are shared with both sides before an introduction is made. Nobody is contacted automatically.
